She suddenly felt the hairs on her back stand straight, and managed to catch a a glimpse of the smirks exchanged between Opal and Develia.

She stared at Jacob intently, having to look up a little. So, she was short - but this guy was huge!!

Jacob rolled his eyes, and flashed a smile at Develia.

- Sure! The library sounds fine to me, but I have the impression that stony over there doesn't want me to go." he glanced at Opal.

He really didn't like this vampire. The girl with the name from hell seemed okay, but he didn't like her all that much. He could sense her thoughts, even if he couldn't read them. And he could tell they weren't all sugar and spice, that was for sure.
Tilting his head down, he saw the smallest of the human girls - Castella staring up at him, all wide-eyed.

She put her arm around Develia's back, and dragged her along with her.

Grinning, she followed Opal out the Gardens.

Castella stared at Jacob, her eyes wide as the other girls left after Opal.

- L-let's go ..." she stuttered, not feeling at all at her ease as the tall boy shrugged and walked after Zoey.

What on earth was this feeling in the pit of her stomach?
She scurried after them, shaking her head vigorously.
